Commission Executive Director Diann Henderson said her staff and city staff try
to make the tournaments a memorable experience for all those in attendance.
"The KCAC tournaments are always a welcome site to Great Bend," said Henderson. "We work collectively to get those fields in tip-top shape for a premier tournament."
A pair of softball games get underway at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, followed by two more at 5 p.m. Baseball begins at 11 a.m. Wednesday and will have games at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Complete brackets can be viewed in the links below.
Great Bend has been hosting the KCAC baseball and softball tournaments since
2014 and are contracted to remain at the Sports Complex until 2023.
"We do have a good routine," said Henderson. "Everybody has their responsibilities. We roll out the red carpet for these teams and to these large tournaments."
Wednesday is Community Day with free tickets available at City Hall (1209 Williams) or the Rec office (1214 Stone) until 12 noon May 5. Tickets for the remaining days can be purchased online at kcacsports.com.
