The City of Great Bend wants to know about your experience when doing business or holding an event at the Front Door on East 10th Street. The facility is the site of the cities utility service and billing department. In addition, there is a small computer lab available to the public at no charge. There are also two meeting rooms designated for City and community use. City Clerk Shawna Schafer says the city is seeking the public's input in order to improve service at the location.

The survey can be found on the city web-site at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FrontDoorCustomerSurvey

The Front Door opened in April of 2004 and provides a number of amenities to the citizens of Great Bend and the surrounding area. Rooms have been utilized for a variety of purposes including business meetings, planning retreats, training, family reunions, baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and graduation receptions.

The Front Door is also the home to a small daycare center that is independently owned and operated.
