From the United Way of Central Kansas...
The Give Local, Support Local Gift Card Raffle for United Way of Central Kansas is back again this year with a few changes including more opportunities to win.
For $10 per ticket or $50 for a bundle of six, purchasers will have the opportunity for three chances to win big. The first winner drawn will have the privilege to select their prize from a diverse array of gift cards. Each winner will win $650 in gift cards, with more than $1,900 worth of gift cards up for grabs. Winner will be drawn on June 17.
Highlighting the remarkable spirit of our community, more than 40 local businesses have contributed gift cards to support UWCK (United Way of Central Kansas). From Hoisington and Ellinwood to Larned and Great Bend, these businesses have rallied behind UWCK's cause.
Charell Owings, UWCK's Executive Director, expressed gratitude towards the participating businesses, emphasizing the significance of their contributions to the raffle. "We sincerely thank each of these businesses for their generous donation to our raffle. We are hopeful that community members will recognize the value in purchasing tickets again this year. Not only does it offer a chance to win big, but it also serves to support our local businesses, and helps to support initiatives of UWCK. Proceeds from this raffle will bolster our Community Impact Work, including initiatives like Laundry Love, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Box of Love, and Reality U."
