At 6:02 a.m. Tamara Hopkins was eastbound on 10th Street and struck
a curb, sign and then a street light.

from the store. NTA was signed.

Utility Problems
At 7:19 p.m. a report of a low hanging wire was made in the 1400 block of
Broadway. Utility company was notified.
