On Tuesday, March 10, at approximately 10:40 p.m., officers from the Great Bend Police Department were dispatched to the 5600 block of 10th Street in reference to a shooting.
Upon Officers' arrival, they located Richard Fletcher Jr., 23, with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Fletcher Jr. was transported to The University of Kansas Health Systems Great Bend Campus, and later flown to Wichita with critical injuries at the time of this release.
Based on information obtained through the investigation, the Great Bend Police Department has identified two persons of interest in the case. These people are identified as Ismael Montelongo, H/M 20, and Noah Holden, W/M 19.
Both individuals have been located and are in custody.
