ELLSWORTH COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 3:30p.m. Monday in Ellsworth County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1996 Cadillac Seville driven by Thomas Wayne Zimmerman, 60, Hays, was westbound on Interstate 70 three miles west of 12th Road.
The car entered the median, struck the crossover, rolled into the west bound lanes of traffic and cane to a rest on its top.
EMS transported Zimmerman to Hays Medical Center. The KHP did not details on his seat belt usage.
