RENO COUNTY —A Kansas teen was injured in an accident just before 9:30a.m. Tuesday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Toyota Prius driven by Josiah Farah Watney, 18, Sterling, was northbound on Kansas 14 five miles west of Nickerson.
The vehicle traveled left of center and struck a southbound 2022 Kenworth semi driven by Phililp Anthony Williams, 58, Wichita.
EMS transported Watney to the Rice County Hospital. Williams was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
