SEDGWICK COUNTY —In May, the City of Wichita Parks and Rec installed a custom park bench painted by local artist Heather Byers depicting Black Bear Bosin in south Riverside Park, 551 W Central in Wichita.
This week grounds crews discovered the slats of the bench have been removed, ruining the bench for others to enjoy.
