BARBER COUNTY —The damage survey team found one area of tornado damage in Hazelton from Saturday's storms.
The tornado was rated an EF-0 with maximum wind speeds at 85 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Dodge City.
The tornado was on the ground from 7:15-7:18p.m, was 30-yards wind and traveled 1.4 miles. The survey team noted small trees were snapped along with damage to a metal roofed shed, an uprooted tree and an empty trailer turned over. There were no injuries reported
