The Rosewood Miracle Workers AKTION Club will host its 9th Annual “Hippity Hop Easter Basket Workshop” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday April 12th at the Rosewood Activity Center, 1607 Main Street in Great Bend. During the workshop, children can create their own Easter baskets, decorate Easter eggs, color Easter pages and have pictures taken with the Easter Bunny. Cost is $5 per basket which helps cover the price of materials. Proceeds from the event will go toward the Rosewood AKTION Club and its efforts to organize and promote future community projects. The Rosewood AKTION Club is an affiliate of Kiwanis International which is committed to helping individuals with developmental disabilities.
