KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement authorities are asking for help in identifying two assault suspects.
According to a social media report from the Independence Police Department, the assault occurred just after 7pm. August 2 at Walgreens in the 3900 Block of S. Noland Road.
An employee of the business was assaulted when she attempted to intervene in a shoplift. A video of the assault shows the teens striking the woman outside the store.
