KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating what they believe is an abduction and are asking the public for help to identify a vehicle and suspect.
Around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, police were dispatched to the 5800 block of E 15th Terrace in Kansas City on a reported sound of a disturbance, according to a media release.
When officers arrived, neighbors said they heard a woman screaming for help. Surveillance footage showed a dark-colored Hyundai SUV that the a man and woman left in. Police believe the woman is in danger.
Police need help identifying this vehicle, as well as the man and woman who may be involved. Currently, there are no missing persons reports that match her description.
