RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Saline County man for alleged child sex crimes.
Just after 3:30p.m. on Tuesday, police arrested 38-year-old Evan Volker of Assaria, Kansas, in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a warrant for rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
On August 31, authorities in Saline County arrested Volker after a warrant/National Crime Information Center hit. Volker is being held on a $50,000 bond
