DOUGLAS COUNTY —A Kansas woman has admitted selling drugs in 2022.

Last week, Angela Lynn Johnson, 52, of Lawrence, pleaded guilty to five counts of unlawful distribution of methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Douglas County District Attorney Suzanne Valdez.

“We are committed to working with our law enforcement partners to halt the flow of dangerous narcotics coming into our community,” District Attorney Valdez said. Charges stemmed from a multi-agency law enforcement investigation led by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in 2022.
