2 face 10-years in prison for alleged drug distribution in Kansas

GEARY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects for alleged drug distribution.

Chloe Jean Heather, 28, and Paul Edward Raef, 38, both of Holts Summit, Mo., are charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to the United State's Attorney.

The crime is alleged to have occurred June 18, in Geary County.

If convicted, they could face a penalty of not less than 10 years in federal prison and a fine up to $10 million. The Drug Enforcement Administration investigated. Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Lindsey Debenham is prosecuting.
