Longtime Great Bend photographer Dale Riggs will present the program, “Man On The Street” at 7 p.m., Monday, June 23rd at the Barton County Historical Society Village, south of Great Bend on Highway 281. Dale will discuss his photographic career and how the “Man On The Street” series originated. He’ll also share examples of early photographic work and will include some of his environmental portraits of the Great Bend area.
