Great Bend Residents, we are aware that the online utility payment service is currently down. We are working with a third party to get it back up and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Utilities payments can still be made through the mail or by cash, check, or credit card at the Front Door at 1615 Tenth Street. Drop boxes for after-hours payments are also available at this location, as well as City Hall and the 10th Street Dillons. For questions, please call (620) 793-4100.
