Front Office Coordinator/Admin Assistant

Great Bend, KS 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

We pride ourselves on our vibrant culture and commitment to excellence. We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. 

Position Overview:
The Front Office Coordinator/Admin Assistant serves as the first point of contact for our stations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth operations at our front office. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role is key in creating a welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors while managing various logistical and administrative tasks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Answer phone calls and voicemails
  2. Greet clients/customers
  3. Order and manage office supplies as needed
  4. Mail out monthly invoices and statements
  5. Ensure all received bills are properly filed
  6. Create HTMC orders and assign tasks to the production team
  7. Work on daily logs, radio station logs, ensuring accurate placement of commercials
  8. Upload game schedules
  9. Upload new commercial spots
  10. Manage barter scheduling for all four stations
  11. Work on and manage affidavits for barters
  12. Notify finalists during giveaways
  13. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager  

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  2. Previous experience in an administrative position or front office role, ideally in a media or entertainment environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic social media platforms.
  6. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A passion for radio and media is a plus!
