Joe Andrasek would like to address the governing body about purchasing the city-owned parking lot located on Williams Street between 11th and 12th, behind Charlie's Place.
6. Moderate Income Housing Grant
Great Bend Economic Development is proposing that the city apply for the Moderate Income Housing grant on behalf of GBED. This grant does not require the city to put in any additional funds. GBED is proposing to use the funds for housing in the Zarah Mall building downtown.
7. Applications for Airport Property Tax Exemption
Motion to authorize the mayor to execute property tax exempt requests for two of the city-owned aircraft hangars.
ADJOURNMENT
Following the conclusion of the meeting, the city council will conduct a work session to discuss agency budget requests and council stipends.
