The paint project inside the Great Bend City Auditorium is underway. Renovaa Home Innovation LLC showed a few before and after pictures on their social media. Renovaa noted they finished the first section of the project.

At the March Great Bend Recreation Commission meeting, Rec Director Chris Umphres said it has been 30 to 40 years since the City Auditorium has been fully painted.

Renovaa estimated the project would take nine weeks to complete. The Great Bend Rec Board approved a motion in March to accept the painting bid not to exceed $60,000.
