Wheat growers, make plans to attend the Cottonwood Extension District - Barton County Wheat Plot Field Day on Tuesday, May 25 beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Come hear what Extension specialist have to say about each wheat variety, production practices and pest management, and there is always time for questions and discussion.
The location of the field day is 2.5 miles west on W. Barton County Road at the intersection of NW 50th Avenue.
Donuts and refreshments will be provided courtesy of American Ag Credit and Ed Jr. Farm. In case of inclement weather the field day will still be held at American Ag Credit, 5634 10th Street in Great Bend.
