Great Bend Community Coordinator Christina Hayes has plenty of events planned before the first weekend in June, but the wheels are spinning for June Jaunt.
The outdoor festival this year at Jack Kilby Square in Great Bend will
bring back many of the fan-favorites but also add new features like a mosaic selfie
wall, an LED robot performance, and potentially a mural tour. Also new this
year is the City Council Quest.
"There are people that have asked who are some of our council members," said Hayes. "I'm going to create a fun card that has all the councilmembers pictures on it. We'll have a space for signatures. If people catch the councilmembers out that week and get your their signatures, they will be able to win prizes."
