From the City of Russell...
Chadd Stevenson has been appointed to the position of Public Works Director effective March 1, 2025. Chadd has worked for the City of Russell since 2018 as the Street Department Superintendent. He brings with him over 20 years of prior experience of road maintenance operations and management of infrastructure projects.
As Public Works Director, Chadd will oversee many of the City’s essential services and quality-of-life amenities such as Street and Sanitation services, Parks Department services, Golf, Swimming Pool, and Public Transportation.
City Manager Kayla Schneider stated “Chadd has been an invaluable member of our team since he joined us in 2018, I am confident he will continue to excel in his new role. His innovative spirit and focus toward the future will be of great benefit to our organization and community.”
Chadd and his wife Heather have two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on his farm and with his family.
