The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated a ribbon cutting for Flavored Celebrations, recognizing an exciting milestone for the local business and its continued growth in the community.
Flavored Celebrations, owned and operated by Kathryn King, specializes in creating custom cakes for all types of celebrations. Serving a wide range of customers, the business has built a strong reputation for personalized designs and quality craftsmanship that help make life’s special moments even more memorable.
The ribbon cutting commemorated 14 years in business, along with a transition to a new location—an important step forward in the company’s journey. What began as a passion has grown into a thriving business that serves approximately 1,000 customers annually, including clients from outside Kansas who order for local events and celebrations.
“As a woman and senior entrepreneur, starting Flavored Celebrations has been a meaningful journey,” said owner Kathryn King. “This milestone represents years of hard work, creativity, and the support of this community.”
