Bring your flashlights and join the Great Bend Recreation Commission for a Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt. Ages 0-12 will hunt 5,000 eggs at the Great Bend Sports Complex. 0-2-year olds will hunt first at dusk, 3-8-year-olds will be separated by age brackets and will hunt eggs on the ball fields, while 9-12-year olds will be hunting camouflaged eggs.
The event will begin at 8 p.m. for the 0-2-year olds and 8:30 p.m. for 3-12-year olds on Saturday, April 1, at the Great Bend Sports Complex. Pre-Registration is available by calling (620) 793-3755 or online at www.greatbendrec.com. A fee of $5 per child will be collected.
