From the city of Russell
City offices and Public Transportation service will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day. Sanitation normally serviced on Tuesday will be serviced on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
In addition to the Holiday, City Hall will be closed to the public on Monday, Nov. 10, and Wednesday, Nov. 12 to accommodate software training and configuration. All other City offices and services will remain open. City staff will be available to assist customers by phone and email. Payments will continue to be accepted at our drop box, by phone or text, through our website, or via App. More details on payment options can be found below.
Customers are welcome to call City Hall or email [email protected] for assistance. Staff will return emails as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to update and train on our new software to best serve our community.
