The Pawnee County American Legion Riders will host a "Trunk or Treat" event Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Doerr Vernon Park in Larned.&nbsp;

Parents can bring their children to get candy from the riders during the annual "Trunk or Treat."
