Alta Grace Fry, 102, passed away April 11, 2024, at Medicalodges of Great Bend, Kan. She was born on October 15, 1921, in Harper, Kan., to Reuben and Lucinda (Neuhouser) Weaver. Alta married LeRoy Fry on November 20, 1946, in Salina, Kan.
A resident of Great Bend since 2017 coming from Elk Falls, Kan., Alta spent her life as a homemaker. She was a member of the Calvary Chapel Church in Elk Falls. Alta enjoyed hosting family get togethers, quilting, playing card games, and loved music and singing.
Survivors include three sons, Larry Fry and wife Joyce of Great Bend, Steven Fry and wife Jane of Elk Falls, and Brian Fry and wife Cindy of Hutchinson; a step-daughter, Carri Fox of California; seven grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and sister, Wanda Goode of Virigina.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and twelve siblings.
