Jerald Allen Cubbage, 82, passed away April 4, 2022 at his home in Wichita, Kansas.
He was born December 18, 1939 in Macksville, the son of Ralph and Beulah Park Cubbage.
Jerald was a retired truck driver, jack of all trades and well-respected rancher in Texas for many years. For a short time after retirement, Jerald and Rhonda resided in Pettus, Texas where he was the director at the community center and an avid domino player. He never knew a stranger or ever refused to help anyone with a project. After moving back to Kansas in 2011 he was an avid gardener and miniature train enthusiast.
He was previously married with three children and after many years he met Rhonda Lee Stonge; she survives.
Other survivors include; two sons; Billy Cubbage and Michael Cubbage; a daughter Tammy Berends, a sister, Virginia Fox Hays and four step-children, Tami Weaver, Sam Bratton, Betina Joslin and Joe Bratton; twelve grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2022 at Larned Cemetery, Larned.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Lincoln Baptist Church, 7801 E Lincoln St, Wichita, Kansas.
