Ness County Sheriff's Office
At about 5:30 p.m. Monday, the Ness County Sheriff's Office effected two arrest warrants and one search warrant at 212 S Tennessee Ave. in Ransom.
Two individuals were arrested on the warrants, citing criminal charges of mistreatment of a dependant adult, criminal restraint and endangerment.
Both individuals were arrested and released on $40,000 recognizance bonds issued by the Ness County District Court.
