The holiday season became brighter for one individual Tuesday, Dec. 15.&nbsp;

The Shop at Home for the Holidays $10,000 Shopping Spree hosted by Eagle Radio in Great Bend announced its winner in a virtual setting at the Eagle Media Center.

With over 70 finalists in the hunt, Dennis Neeland was drawn as the winner for the $10,000 shopping spree presented by Moeder Plumbing, Heating &amp; Air and Bauer Computers.

For months, citizens have been able to get signed up to become a finalist at various businesses and events throughout the community. Neeland was finalist #56 and registered at the Westside Market UPS Store.

Neeland will now get to spend $10,000 at any of the participating local sponsors.
