From the City of Larned...
The City of Larned announced that the city now has a text-to-pay option available for customers. Residents can call 877-785-8317. you will need your account number and the card you wish to have the payment taken from. Listen to the prompts for a quick set up. You will then get a text to verify your account and you will also receive text alerts when your bill is available to pay.
