The City of Great Bend reported a water main break at the intersection of Grant Street and Lakin Avenue. The city street & water departments are working on the issue.
Eisenhower Elementary School is closing due to the water main break. Families have been notified, and students can be picked up as soon as possible.
Expect water service outages in the area. The streets surrounding the intersection will be closed to allow the crews to work.
