Returning to Nebraska for a second straight weekend, the Barton Community College volleyball team added four additional victories of the season participating in the McCook Invitational.

On Friday the Cougars earned a pair of sweeps over Western Wyoming Community College (25-20, 25-12, 25-17) and Ranger College (25-18, 25-19, 25-18) before adding a pair of 3-1 victories on Saturday over Laramie County Community College (25-14, 20-25, 25-19, 25-17) and Southeast Community College (25-18, 24-26, 25-21, 25- 10).

Improving to 11-0 on the season, Barton opens up conference play on Tuesday with its stiffest test of the season in a 6:30 p.m. match at 16th ranked Seward County Community College.

The big story on Friday was the career achievement of Hanna Miller, collecting 21 digs in the Cougars' opening sweep over Western Wyoming to take over the top spot of the program dig chart overtaking the 1361 recorded by Cristin Haines through the 2006 and 2007 seasons.

Miller completed the weekend averaging 7.36 digs per set, compiling 103 digs in 14 sets to up her total to 1,444 and counting following 76 career matches.
