The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with USD 428, is hosting the 8th Annual Great Bend Business Showcase, a special event aimed at expressing gratitude to educators. Scheduled for August 17th from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Panther Activity Center (PAC) in Great Bend High School, this occasion will be open to over 700 educators and staff members. Both Chamber members and non-members have the opportunity to participate in this event for a fee of $50 and $75 respectively, securing exhibit space comprising a six-foot table and two chairs.
Credit Union of America, the presenting sponsor, welcomes fellow businesses to join in honoring the education heroes as they return to school. Having originated as a teacher-owned financial institution, Credit Union of America is excited to bestow the "Teach & Grow" Award upon two local teachers during this event.
The Great Bend Business Showcase provides a unique platform for businesses to showcase their offerings to the school district's 700+ employees, while also expressing appreciation for the teachers and staff who diligently prepare for the upcoming school year. The reservation deadline for booths has been extended to August 14th at 5 p.m., and it's recommended to secure your spot early due to limited availability.
