Bob Baker, who passed away on September 4, 2025, will be remembered at a celebration of life at 10:30 a.m., on October 11, 2025, at the cemetery in Lucas. All who knew Bob are invited to join his wife; Doneida, children; Carrie Beach, Michelle Mettlen, and Kyle Baker and their families, in honoring him and his friendships and life of service to others. A short graveside service will be led by Pastor Josh Leu with Masonic rites following. After the service, everyone is invited to lunch and a time of fellowship at 120 South Duwe Avenue (2 blocks south of the cemetery). The family encourages guests to wear their favorite sports team attire in remembrance of Bob's love of sports - especially his Chiefs, Royals, KU, and K-State.
