Patrol and Communications staff gathered at the Larned Police Department on June 5 to celebrate the retirement of Chief of Police Charles Orth. Chief Orth's official last day will be Friday, June 16. He has served the City of Larned as Chief of Police since 1993.
He was given a custom Henry Lever Action 22 as a token of appreciation. This gift was purchased by both current and former members of the Larned Police Department.
