Position Summary
Eldercare Inc. is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Non-Medical Home Services Supervisor. This leadership role ensures high-quality, client-centered care while supervising caregiving staff and maintaining compliance with Kansas regulations.
Qualifications
路 Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Kansas
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field
路 Supervisory experience in healthcare, home care, or social services
路 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
路 Valid driver鈥檚 license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
路 Supervise, train, and support caregiving staff
路 Conduct client assessments and assist with care plans
路 Ensure compliance with KDADS regulations and agency policies
路 Perform supervisory visits per state requirements
路 Maintain accurate documentation
路 Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
Kansas Compliance Requirements
路 Follow KDADS regulations for home and community-based services
路 Maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards
路 Complete required supervisory visits and documentation
路 Report abuse/neglect per Kansas mandatory reporting laws
路 Ensure caregiver training compliance
