Fuller Industries Inc. announced Tuesday the promotion of Ginny Parsons to strategic sourcing manager, recognizing her nearly four years of dedicated service and leadership in the company’s supply chain operations.
In her new role, Parsons will oversee purchasing, procurement and vendor relations for the Great Bend-based commercial cleaning product manufacturer. Since joining Fuller, she has been instrumental in strengthening the company's supply chain and building key industry partnerships.
“In her nearly four years with Fuller, Ginny has continuously developed the purchasing and procurement skills that make her an asset to this organization,” said Joe Mann, Fuller Industries general manager. “She has worked hard to look around corners in an attempt to mitigate supply chain issues before they happen, as well as developed strong relationships with our vendor partners.”
During her tenure at Fuller, Parsons has consistently demonstrated an ability to anticipate market shifts and proactively manage procurement challenges, ensuring the company remains agile in a complex global supply chain environment, Mann said.
