The Chosen Wok in Great Bend announced on their social media that the restaurant will be closing Saturday, Aug. 26. New ownership is expected to reopen the restaurant at a date to be announced.

After 12 years of owning and operating Chosen Wok, we are going to close the restaurant on Saturday, Aug. 26. We do really appreciate and are thankful for all our loyal customers and friends we have made while here. All in all, thanks for the memories! The new owner is experienced in the restaurant business and wants to leave Chosen Wok almost the same as it is now, but I am sure he will have some fresh ideas for improving the business. It will come back soon.
