Rosie Marie Bowman, age 87, passed away on May 25, 2021 in Ellinwood, KS. Rosie was born December 14, 1933 in Eads, Colorado. She was the daughter of Willie Henry and Zelda Augusta (Earnsdorf) Mays. Rosie was a resident of Ulysses, KS for over 30 years and has lived in Ellinwood for the past 10 years. Rosie worked as an equipment operator for the Kansas Department of Transportation.
She is survived by her three sons, Richard (Colleen), Joe (Debbie) and Sam (Dena) Bowman; two daughters Donita Cameron, and Connie (Chuck) Osgood; one brother Leo Mays; 15 Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren; 6 Great- Great Grandchildten. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Bob, Leroy, Billy Joe, Buddy, Dwayne Mays and son-in-law Jerry Cameron.
