Motion to approve a resolution finding that the house at 814 Monroe to be an unsafe and dangerous structure.

7. Great Bend Police Station Right-of-Way Vacation Request
GLMV Architecture has requested to vacate 25 feet of the western right-of-way of Baker Avenue and vacate 18 feet of the norther right-of-way of 11th Street. The request is being made to provide adequate site area for the proposed Great Bend Police Station after the proposed project did not fit within the legal boundaries of the existing site.
