How do you adjust to the changing times and desires of today's workforce? Blending a team with all generations represented can be a challenge, but winning strategies will be shared during the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce's employer roundtable Wednesday, June 1.
Speaker Mike Henke will be the presenter and include the latest in retention strategies, encouraging mentoring to bridge experience gaps, and how to utilize the differences that are within your current team.
The roundtable will take place at the Page Banquet Room, 2920 10th Street in Great Bend from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Cost is $35 for chamber members and $50 for non-members. A light breakfast is included. RSVP by May 25.
