6. 15-Minute Parking
On Feb. 21, the council was approached regarding the implementation of a 15-minute parking stall in front of the Great Bend Tribune. Council asked to continue the discussion at a later date and asked for the locations of the current 15-minute parking spots in the city. There are nine, 15-minute parking spots identified by city staff. Public Works Director Jason Cauley will report.
7. Purchase of New Walking Bridge for Veterans Lake
The current bridge was installed around 2000. The lumber and the floats are deteriorating. Estimates from EZ Dock for the purchase of the 230' bridge/ramps for $132,055 and an estimate for turnkey installation for $158,555.
8. 2023 Pumper / Tanker
The motion will be presented to approve the purchase of a 2023 Pumper / Tanker truck from Deep South Fire Trucks for $436,000.

A motion to recess to executive session to discuss personnel matters concerning non-elected personnel for the preliminary review of applicants for the City Administrator position.

A motion to recess into executive session to seek legal advice for pending legal matters, consultation with an attorney for the body which would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship.
