The days are winding down for Hoisington residents to return their pool forms. Any Hoisington resident planning on using the public pool this summer, has to fill out and return a pool form by May 1 to city administration.

Hoisington City Manager Jonathan Mitchell said citizens should have already seen the form in a previous utility bill.

"Make sure you get those in," said Mitchell. "Fill it out and put your four guests on there. We are in the process of hiring staff for the pool. Trinity Lutters is our manager and we're working on getting a couple of assistants. If you're interested in working at the pool, it's not too late to sign up."

Hoisington utility customers pay a fee each month throughout the year that gives them access to the swimming pool without getting charged each time they go. The form also allows residents to identify four guest passes.

If you are eligible for a form but did not receive one, contact the city office at 620-653-4125.

Hoisington invested $3 million in 2022 to replace their pool at Bicentennial Park.
