The Great Bend VFW invites you to its annual Ash Wednesday fish fry from 5 until 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 5th at 504 Washington Street. Enjoy fish and fries, dine in or carry out. Advance tickets are $12, but the cost increases to $15 at the door. The Great Bend VFW is dedicated to helping veterans in Barton County and the surrounding area and is always looking for new members. The public is welcome to attend.
