The 9/11 Memorial event planned for noon today at Barton Community College has been moved indoors due to the rain. An instrumental performance by the Prairie Winds band was originally scheduled for noon at the flagpole on the north side of the college. The performance will now be in the Fine Arts Auditorium.&nbsp;
