On Wednesday, June 8, at approximately 4:15 p.m., officers with the
Great Bend Police Department received a report of a sex offense involving a juvenile
female occurring at a residence located in Great Bend.
As officers and detectives began compiling additional details of the report, it
was learned that multiple sex offenses were alleged to have occurred at the
Great Bend residence involving a 32-year-old male and juvenile female.
During the course of this investigation, detailed information and evidence was
compiled and multiple interviews were conducted which resulted in the probable
cause and arrest of suspect, Dustin Bosack.
On Tuesday, June 14, Bosack was arrested without incident and transported to
the Barton County Detention Center where he was booked on charges of aggravated
indecent liberties with a Child, and confined in lieu of bond.
