Dominic Eck and Gilmore Bell will be present to request a Rural Housing Incentive District (RHID) resolution and an Industrial Revenue Bond (IRB) resolution of intent for the Zarah Apartments.

Mayor Cod Schmidt will make the appointment of the City Administrator.
7. Executive Session
An executive session has been requested to seek legal advice concerning contract matters.
Adjournment
Following the council meeting, the governing body will conduct a work session to discuss $15/hour minimum pay and quality of life projects.
