   5. Passage of Charter Ordinance Repealing Charter Ordinance 18
      The city is engaged in recodification for the purpose of updating them and bring them into line with current practice. Repealing the old ordinance removes this anomaly and updates the code consistent with the recodification efforts.

   6. Vacation of Right-of-Way of White Sands Drive - Cameron & Sarah Smith
      Cameron & Sarah Smith have requested the vacation of 50' of White Sands Drive immediately west of their property.

      Ron & Debbie Koelsch have requested the vacation of 50' of White Sands Drive immediately west of their property.

   9. Brit Spaugh Park Project Design Services
      PEC was previously contracted to provide design concepts for the Brit Spaugh Park project that was cost shared with the Great Bend Recreation. The latest concept from PEC shows what the final design would look like with the adding of the horseshoe pits. The $101,000 construction documents would allow the city to send the project out to bid to contractors. A motion will be requested to approve the proposal from PEC for $101,000.

   10. Executive Session
      An executive session has been requested to discuss personnel matters concerning non-elected personnel for the preliminary review of applicants for the City Administrator.
